VolksWagen Das Auto Show 2011

Finally VolksWagen Das Auto Show 2011 kicked off this weekend.

VolksWagen is really generous because the balloon used 2 weeks to blow up however it was only used for 2 days.

From far I could see many people queuing out. Looked like the publicity team really done a good job. Heard many people had waited 2 hours to go in and I also bumped into familiar faces.

There were those who couldn't wait ended up fainted and need oxygen mask to get back on her feet.

This raised my curiosity and I decided to check it out to see if it was worth the efforts?

As promised and I came back to queue at night at least not so hot. As you can see the number of people queuing up were still overwhelming. I thought VolksWagen must had given a lot of sweets to lure the crowds : LUCKY DRAW ^_^ woohooo....

The happy thought of me going to win home a VolksWagen motivated me to wait for hours.

And I thought once I got into the building, I didn't need to queue anymore.

Guess what I was SO SO SO SO WRONG!!!! In fact there were more lines to queue inside the building. Suddenly I was so confused, I didn't know how much longer do I need to queue...

Then I said to myself the show better be good.

Finally after my precious 45 min flew by, my turn arrived to walk into the secret hall, my instinct told me this must be the place for my lucky draw.

Happily I marched into the big hall and found myself a nice place to sit down. So relax and look forward to the show.

Soon the show started.... .... ....

I was SPEECHLESS after watching the show.

I spent a good 2 hours to queue just to watch a COMMERCIAL ADVERTISEMENT. In fact I could have spent the time in other better thing like counting stars in the sky. Should have listened to the Malay family in front of me whom left during my queuing outside.
